I had a great consultation and decided to proceed and was ignored for months. No returned calls or emails although it was confirmed they recieved them. Finally spoke to Richard who told me to email him specific information in January and he still has not replied knowing my situation was time sensitive. It's unethical to charge for and conduct consultations if you are not accepting or unable to assist new clients.
