Rating on phone service. Called and was transferred by a person to a voicemail. Without warning or proper communication. As a customer I am not going to openly speak on a voicemail about sensitive personal tax information. Whomever is answering the phones is not doing a good job of actually servicing customers or communicating properly. I'll try another attorney office
