If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would.

This firm has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with. My case worker, Emely Medina, and my attorney, Rick Scott, have been consistently unavailable and completely unresponsive. I’ve called repeatedly, left messages, and gotten little to no follow-up.

What’s unacceptable is that since December 2025, I have not received a single proactive update. Not one call. Not one check-in. Not even a basic request for information. For a firm that’s supposed to represent me, the complete lack of communication is inexcusable.

They’ve had my case for months and have made no visible progress. At this point, it feels like my case has been completely neglected. For something that should have required minimal effort, they’ve managed to do less than the bare minimum.

The positive reviews are hard to believe based on my experience. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I can say I felt ignored, undervalued, and completely let down.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think twice. If communication, accountability, and actual effort matter to you, look elsewhere.

This law firm is one of the best. Throughout my case, not only did I feel like a client; I felt like family. Hardison and Cochran is a law firm that will give you clarity, help you learn patience, and get you through a very rough time all at the same time.
