We just went through one of the hardest battles of our lives. My husband was facing charges that added up to 210 years—3 counts of first-degree robbery, 3 counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of commission of a felony while armed, 1 count of attempted first-degree robbery, 2 counts of discharging a firearm at an occupied structure/vehicle, 1 count of intentional damage to property, and 2 petty theft charges.

He went to trial with Attorney Mike Hanson, and against all odds, he was found NOT GUILTY and acquitted of aggravated eluding.

There were times we didn’t see eye to eye. I yelled, I cussed, and emotions ran high. But when it truly mattered, Mike showed up and fought for my husband’s life. Front desk receptionist was extremely rude, uninformative, and was rushing me off the phone. Can’t speak for the actual lawyer.

Worst lawyer I have ever worked with. Absolutely horrible experience. Did zero work on my case. Lied to me to scare me into pleading guilty to something I was not guilty of. Seemed to be more worried about getting out of the case and appeasing the prosecutor than doing his job and proving my innocence despite and overwhelming amount of proof I was, and still am, innocent!!
