My case took well over 2½ years to resolve, which was significantly longer than any similar cases I've had in the past. Communication was also a major issue throughout the process. Ashley only provided updates about every six months, leaving me uncertain about the status of my case for long periods. Overall, the lack of timely communication and the lengthy resolution made the experience very frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not personally recommend this law firm or Ashley to friends, family, or anyone seeking legal representation. I had expected better communication, greater transparency, and a more efficient process, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

The SSDI process overwhelmed and frustrated me. Only when I found representation at HH&R with Attorney Spayde and his team did I feel supported and started making progress with my case. I don't think I could have done this without their knowledge and support. I strongly recommend them to anyone trying to navigate the SSDI process!
