I met Robert in a Vista court room, he was plaintiff council on a lawsuit against my insurance company. While the party he was defending receives a 1 star from me, Robert was a true pro in the court room and what I would describe as the closest you can get to unbeatable. My insurance company gambled on a request for our policy and in trial, the jury awarded double what that policy was worth. A claim they paid in full for the bad faith gamble. When that case wrapped up, I already had a claim pending myself as a pedestrian in a crosswalk who was hit by a careless driver.. The firm I was working with was non communicative and overall very unprofessional. I reached out to Hamparyan for help and him and Elizabeth were amazing. Every inquiry I had, I received a reply straight away. From doctors appointments to medical liens, Elizabeth was on top of everything and I never had any stresses which was a night and day difference from the firm I was working with in LA.
