I am leaving this below above because I want you to know that what I thought this firm to be is not what it is. I was referred by a family friend. What you read above was my opinion because what I thought on this day was deception by conversation. The Attorney Kay Hamilton, I thought was my Attorney spoke less than Ms. Latrice who stated she was not an Attorney.
I have never seen her face, but somebody cashed my checks.. Make this make sense. When you borrow money from family it makes them question. Who referred you to these people, then you are embarrassed to tell them. My bank account shows clearly what I paid to this law firm, but my receipt does not connect to an Escrow account and does not show my listed payments, but it has the nerve to send me a monthly reminder bill stating I owe them $11,000.NOW I owe family, they got my money, and telling me I owe them. Upon going to the courts about my case, I found out that The Firm never signed as my attorney of record and at some point could not, but nobody let me know.
I received an email in error for multiple clients that were having issues about not being able to physically meet the Attorney, critical dates needing to be addressed etc.I do not want to deceive the public with my review because of REVIEWS, this is how the public see a company and make major decisions to use them.I have integrity and I do not desire to deceive the public in the review I left 10 months ago and do not want to play a role in reviews for show and tell. Once I looked at what was really done, or lack thereof, I realized I need to take my concern in a new direction. Unfortunately, I am Forced to leave1 star because it is not fair to the public. It is time to make this right. I am starting where I feel I may have said something to fast before I knew the whole truth

I am blessed to have HAMILTON and Co is my lead Attorneys for my case.
I have been battling my case for seven years and for the first time I finally feel like someone hears me and not only that they understood. After having previous Lawyers, take my money, not communicate effectively made me feel like there was no one who could help me give the facts in my case to courts.
After speaking with this team, they are consistent, They are well knowledgeable Legally, and they have patience. My case is complex, but after seeing one filing on behalf of my case, assured me that they are working for me and not against me.
All these years, I have been continuing to brag on my lawyers from my hometown in Louisiana.
The first time I have confidence In the team, and I am going to share it from beginning to the end. This is a true blessing and for the first time I don’t feel a sink in my stomach because of the unknown lack of communication.
