				Long and complicated journey. Ben, Michelle and Lauren have been knee deep in our complex for 2 years now with trial finally approaching this summer. Ben's positive and unflappable attitude appear to be winning the day as we lock horns with a lazy defendant and their do nothing insurance company. If HOAs are the source of your problem then look to Ben and his team to get you equity. Thumbs up!h An update. After multiple matters we finally concluded them all with victories. Farmers paid out the claim and we prevailed. In a world where not all attorneys are ethical, this one is. He did not falter. He put lawyered the other side who had deeper pockets but on matters of law our guy kicked ass. He’s quiet but he’s smart. Once it was all buttoned up he helped close out trust and will. Never a no. Over the years I have grown to know him and I can only speak in the most glowing of terms. If my mum had made it this far she’d have been thrilled. That delay was in BCVE and Farmers. FIVE STARS FOR GOOD REASON.
