Did not do the task I ask him to do in my opinion

I reached out to Tim to discuss a legal matter and receive a consultation. I attempted to explain what I was looking for and was cut off and told that he didn’t have time to listen to my whole story and that I needed to let him ask the questions. I complied and allowed him to ask his questions and he gave me the answer he wanted to give. Unfortunately, that had nothing to do with the question I actually wanted to ask. He was very rude and very short with me. He treated me like I was trying to game the system when I just wanted to understand my options. I give him 2 stars instead of 1 because he did provide some legal insight but I certainly would not hire this attorney. If he would have taken 10 minutes just to listen to what I was saying then responded with what he had to say I would have considered him as an attorney as he seems to be well versed in the law. He interrupts to say “Jesus” and “oh my god” anytime I answer a question with anything besides yes or no. I called him out on his behavior and he adjusted a bit but ultimately I got off the phone with a very negative feeling about this attorney. I will also be providing feedback to the company that referred me to this office.

Edit: I have changed my review to 1 star because I was trying to be fair in my assessment by saying that for some may find Tim’s legal knowledge enough to get over his personality but he clearly did not feel the review was fair anyway. At a minimum I would expect an “I’m sorry. I was having a long day and feel that we got off on the wrong foot and that is not how I normally conduct business.” Instead he wants to imply that I was not truthful in my review.

Completely uncaring individual and staff members. First off, the secretary is completely rude and gets her kicks off grilling you every time you call in. As for Tim, He is unwilling to help unless you meet his schedule and conditions. Overall I suppose this is a business who doesn't believe it should have to earn their clients trust and therefore can treat them with disrespect. Think twice before using Tim as your attorney.
