I almost never leave reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re getting into before trusting this firm with something as important as their case. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Once they had my case, communication became a constant battle. Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and I was left wondering what was happening more often than I was actually being kept informed. What bothers me the most is how disposable I felt. You’re not just hiring a law firm—you are trusting people to fight for you during one of the most stressful times in your life. At no point did I feel like anyone was truly in my corner. I understand that not every case has the outcome a client wants. That’s life. But there is no excuse for making a client feel ignored, forgotten, or like they’re an inconvenience. That’s exactly how I was left feeling. Looking back, hiring this firm is a decision I genuinely regret. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would go anywhere else. There are too many law firms out there to settle for one that left me feeling this disappointed. Do your homework before signing anything. I wish I had.

THE WORST LAW FIRM . They pressure you into accepting a low offer to avoid going to trial, yet they charge you 40% of the settlement. They never investigate, the lawyer never gives you any information about the case, and they never show you the real figures of the offers. If you have a car accident case and medical insurance, those bills are paid by medical insurance, but this lawyer keeps that money. They take 40%, and they steal the medical expenses that were already paid by medical insurance.

In my personal experience, I would not recommend Halpern Law Firm. My case took a very long time to resolve, even during times when it appeared the other side was ready to settle. The extended timeline negatively impacted my final outcome, and I ended up receiving very little compared to the fees collected by the firm. When I reviewed the settlement breakdown, I noticed charges that raised concerns, including a large ambulance bill despite the fact that I transported myself to urgent care and did not ride in an ambulance. Had I not reviewed this closely, my payout would have been even smaller. During my deposition, the attorney assigned to me was minimally engaged and spent time on his phone, which made me feel unsupported during a stressful process. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and this review reflects my honest opinion based on my experience.
