I do not know many people that are not skeptical about attorneys. With that said I too was not sure how things would go with a harassment suit against a school district. Let me add that it turned out to be the very school district Mr. Kounoupis graduated from.
He or his secretary responded to every email, every phone call.
He told my husband and I on the very first appointment how the outcome could be the good, bad and the ugly from beginning to end. He NEVER ever led me to believe other than the three outcomes of his opinion of my case.
As the case neared the end Mr. Kounoupis once again gave me my choices of the direction it and choices for me to decide to how to persevere forward.
Essentially, I won enough to say my former place of employment "Got my Point"
Mr Kounoupis's integrity will NOT go unnoticed ever for my husband and I. I discovered he not only is a man of his word with his work ethics but he mentioned at one of our meetings that he would not take 1/3 of his original sign on for payment that he would take a lesser amount.
I NEVER thought that he would truthfully hold true once checks were exchanged for my payment.
Let me tell you he held true to his word and could not be a more compassionate understanding man. It is my whole heartedly belief that he understands exactly what his clients are going through.
He is in my opinion a very kind, understanding, honest man.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I hired Mr. Kounoupis almost 8 years ago to help me with getting an inherited property in Greece put into my name of which he initially did but then had complications with the tax authorities not recognizing my mother's American death certificate. Here we are 2025 and it is still not completed. Furthermore, my emails and phone calls are rarely acknowledged. No updates on the case after YEARS of trying to contact someone at the office. The office staff doesn't answer phone calls and the only correspondence received to emails are "I will respond to your email the next business day" which never happens. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If you aren’t going to answer emails about a clear civil rights violation, then take that area of law off your website. Only makes me wonder how much corruption your firm and the city of Bethlehem are into together. No reply, no call, no emails. I do not recommend in any area of law as this firm is obviously as useless as my city’s government.
