Zero stars. They worked for a settlement for Disney and after countless email to them asking them whats going on with my settlement. Zero answer, I check my mail today and I received a W2 from the settlement that I never received. I call the office and the secretary kept asking me who I wanted to talk to . I said im not sure who ever handled the settlement...she said nevermind like I was dumb or something and transferred me to a machine. Called back and she would hang up on me 10x this happened.

I sent inquiry never callback and when tried to call was not able to connect with intake ,the lady transfered me to voice message and never get callback

This Law Firm is great was part of the Disney class action living wage settlement there was a glitch however it was not by any fault of the law firm the glitch was with the court appointed third party for payouts they use the complete we AI system that is very glitchy however Maria Carey and the attorney Randy worked tirelessly to go above and beyond to ensure the issues were taken care of so I can get my part of the settlement they will take care of you here highly recommend it thank you everyone

the secretary hung up on me twice. So rude and unprofessional for a law firm that is supposed to help cases against discrimination. Absolutely shocking. She did not let me talk. I had a question, and they cut me off and then hung up on me. I tried calling again, and she hung up again. I do not know the secretary's name, but that was a bad first impression.
