Horrible lawyers they represent some of the lowest commercial scum there is . For a family company they really don’t stand on any morals at all huh ???? Horrible law practices by money hungry suits who could a crsp about you or anything to do with you !!! You’re just a dollar sign in their back account !!! I would never recommend this company to anyone at all not even an enemy !!!

I was lied to about my court date by Kathy. Sherry made it a point to ignore my emails (3 to be exact). Coincidentally replies after I get summoned when I emailed her three times to avoid this situation. Disgusted by the negligence. Anything for money I see.

I should have done this years ago when I had my divorce. I had to fire my original attorney for lack of clarity and directness using my direct words without modifying my communication. May as well just been my own lawyer (he was charging me $450/hour). I was referred to Jane and Karin by my awesome neighbor.
Jane was understanding and direct (with finesse). I was clear on everything from worst-case scenario, strategy and communication with opposing counsel. We tried to negotiate peacefully and she was very strategic. If I was out of line, she would tell me. In times of stress / chaos, she was there. She would take my calls off hours to calm me and remind me the plan, stick to it, and my son will be with me.
We couldn't settle while Jane did everything in her power because the other side would not compromise.
In the end of a 2 year divorce that went to trial with her and Karin by my side, we got everything we asked for at the beginning as the judge found it in our CHILD'S BEST INTEREST. I cried with joy and relief.
Following the outcome, I was taken back to court for a reconsideration of judgment, won that outcome.
Again 2 years later, I was taken back to court for change of circumstance. The outcome was the same, it came in my favor.
Divorce is expensive - REALLY EXPENSIVE (6 figures) through the 4 years. If your child is worth it (and it better be), go with them! WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I have referred friends / colleagues to Jane and those who went with her have been happy with their outcomes!
