I initially planned on choosing Guster Law to represent me after my car accident. In fact, they were my first choice. Before signing with any attorney, I decided to call each law firm I was considering to ask a few questions so I could make an informed decision. Every other firm I spoke with had no problem answering my questions. Unfortunately, after several attempts to reach Guster Law, I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls for a while, despite receiving calls and emails from the office beforehand. When I finally received a call back from Mr. Guster himself, the interaction immediately took me by surprise. I explained that my husband was on the line with me and that we simply had a few questions before deciding on legal representation. Before I could even begin, I was told, “I’m not answering any questions.” The tone came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It completely changed my opinion of the firm. As someone who was genuinely considering hiring Guster Law, I expected a willingness to answer reasonable questions before asking me to sign a contract. Instead, I felt like I was an inconvenience for simply trying to make an informed decision. That one interaction was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Looking back, I’m grateful I asked those questions before signing because customer service and professionalism matter just as much as experience. This review reflects my personal experience, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one.

I had a great experience working with Attorney Rodney Davis and his assistant, Jasmine. From beginning to end, I truly felt like my case was in good hands. Rodney was professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard on my behalf. I appreciate the time, effort, and dedication he put into getting my case resolved. I also have to give a special thank you to Jasmine! She was always kind, patient, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed an update. Her communication and professionalism made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. I am extremely grateful for both Rodney and Jasmine and the work they did for me. I would definitely recommend Rodney Davis and his team to anyone looking for an attorney who will fight for them and truly care about their case. Thank you both for everything!
