All staff members have been very supportive and polite. They explain very well and make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed.

Everything this company offers to do for you, you can do yourself. They very misleading. When you sign your original contract there is a provision of a legal fee that states the company is entitled to 27% of the total risk mitigation.What is risk mitigation? Apparently, if you owe a debt of $2000 and they negotiate a settlement, they will charge 27% of the $2000 as a fee. That is a complete rip off for something you can do for yourself. It is misleading because it is set under the legal fees section, which makes you believe that the charge would be applied in the case of legal representation being required. That is not the case. I never received any legal representation, I was just charged 27% for every one of the debts. Avoid at all costs. If you are a client and don't believe, check your forth account and the transaction and you will see Guardian Litigation DRSP fee and that is the charge. When you first sign up, that is not verbally stated, it is in the fine print. They do show you the small fees of $10 for Forth, $40 for legal representation (another charge for legal fees). If you want to get out of debt, does this really sound like the way to go, I dont think so. The people giving good reviews, obviously don't understand they were getting charged hand over fist for something you can easily do yourself. If you do need a lawyer, hire one. I will say some positive things, it's not all negative. They have some very friendly customer services representatives, the Forth pay system is a nice way to track all of your debt accounts and how much is still owed. They also cancelled my remaining accounts and refunded my money very quickly (that is after they made over $1,000 off of me so it may not be that way for everyone).
