David Gruber asked for papers, which were faxed to him after which I never heard back form him. I left messages on his phone, with the secretary, with no success.

Over a two week period, I left THREE messages as I was interested in obtaining Gruber's services for a bread and butter matter. This would have been a new client for him. Never heard back. Not even the courtesy of a response saying he doesn't have capacity to take me on.
