don’t recommend Mackenzie at GL SHE sucks at communicating with every aspect- I’m still on an active case with no knowledge really about anything i had to find out myself that i owe companies & they call me months after to ask for paper work they needed which this should’ve all been taken care of in a timely manner not because you don’t feel like doing your job or don’t like your customer due to MACKENZIE not communicating my whole team that I have besides Katy has been really helpful during this process- I hate that I even have them to represent me I do feel as though they don’t care because it’s not them & im a young african american who doesn’t know everything so their definitely getting over on me if you ask me but at least at with a law firm educate & actually help people for the sake of knowledge stop thinking about a check all the time when people are actually mentally & physically hurt due to any situation !! I was in a car accident- . I wouldn’t choose GL again.. my experience has been horrible. Proof will be sent to HR because this is ridiculous- former client

I can’t express the compassion and heartfelt warmth with Nick and Kortnie through my difficult time with my case and the very traumatic accident with my brother. I love Nick and Kortnie.
