I was referred to Chris Cave by my CPA for a minor real estate legal assistance matter- basically I needed assistance with a PCOR and Grant Deed form the county clerk kept rejecting. Chris was friendly, and super responsive- much different than the other Real Estate lawyers (I had previously called) whom gave me the impression that I was going to have a hard time finding assistance on such a minor project. My mortgage broker had previously referred me to someone that could fill out the forms but would not actually provide legal advice much to my dismay( not only unhelpful but rather pricey). I am super thankful I stumbled across Chris- he was a total lifesaver in this frustrating situation . I will definitely return to him in the future.

Partner Leslie Daniels provided "estate planning" services for my wife's family, help scuttle two firm's prior estate planning work that had been put in place years earlier, and produced an estate plan structure that resulted in an $5 million estate incurring about $1.5 million in federal tax obligation, while helping her her firm and several others yield nearly $1 million in legal fees in collective billings. Daniels billed almost exclusively in the engagement at $400/hour, often on tasks that could have easily been accomplished by paralegals or were questionable whether they should have been undertaken by an attorney at all (an attorney re-inputting accountant's data into spreadsheets). The taxes were entirely avoidable with better estate planning strategies. Go elsewhere for estate planning folks, lots of better alternatives.
