My 77 year old mother had me call them to try and set up an appointment to get her will changed. Yesterday when I spoke to a lady, I was really wanting to make sure I had the right office and she seemed very helpful. She told me she’d have to pull the file so she took my name and number and told me she’d call me back. After not hearing back I called them and that exact woman who seemed so helpful was rude, and wouldn’t answer a single question I had and went as far as to hang up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and I’d never give them my business and if I have a say, we’ll find a new law office to handle everything for my mom!
