For years, Tom Grieve has provided nearly daily insights into ongoing Second Amendment issues across the country, and what makes it especially remarkable is that he offers all of it at no cost on his YouTube channel. In an era when so much quality content sits behind paywalls, his consistent dedication to making these updates freely available is genuinely valuable. As a former prosecutor who now works as a litigator with a family to support, Tom clearly sees real value in educating people—not just about the persistent attacks on a first-class right, but also about the meaningful wins that happen. His episodic series on the history of the Second Amendment are particularly compelling. He brings foundational moments to life, such as the Battle of Lexington and Concord, drawing on Ralph Waldo Emerson’s words: Here once the embattled farmers stood, And fired the shot heard round the world. Spirit, that made those heroes dare To die, and leave their children free. These segments connect the historical roots of the right to today’s debates in a thoughtful way. Tom stands out in this space. The real “cost” of his channel is mostly his own time, and that commitment is always welcome. Having met him in person, I found him to be both kind and insightful. He carries a calm, respectful demeanor—he speaks politely but with clear authority. That combination is exactly what you want in legal counsel. When facing tense courtroom situations, you need someone steady who can express themselves effectively and maintain professionalism with judges, opposing counsel, and everyone involved. Someone who is easily flappable simply isn’t the right fit. Tom Grieve graduated from Marquette University, a Jesuit school, with a double major: a B.A. in Theology alongside Medieval European History. That background clearly informs his historical perspective and his ever-popular “quotes of the day,” which add depth and interest. If you have even a passing interest in legal process and history, he presents both in a professional, accessible manner. If you live in Wisconsin, I would certainly recommend considering Tom and his firm for legal matters. The firm handles a wide range of disciplines, and Tom brings exceptional intelligence paired with a strong ethical foundation shaped by his public service. Whether you’re looking for reliable 2A updates or thoughtful legal representation, Tom Grieve is the kind of professional worth supporting—through views and engagement on his channel, or by reaching out when you need counsel. Solid, substantive work from someone who clearly believes in doing things the right way

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Grieve at a legal education event, and let me say: This guy is the real deal. Sharp, articulate, on the ball, and gave every indication of being a DAMM good attorney. I hope I never need to hire a lawyer, but if I do, my first move is going to be to call this firm. Without a doubt.

I paid 15k just for them to not make my situation any better and basically scam me out of 15,000 dollars. They told my mom they'd be in contact while I was in jail and ignored all of her calls and ignored me when I asked for a bill of service and to see if I could get any of the 15k that was unspent. Was the biggest rip off and I'd have been better off keeping the lawyer I had. Got an even worse outcome in the end. DO NOT hire these lawyers. I had Glen Gaskill. Guy will take advantage of you for your money and dump you off. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else! 15,000 dollars to show up to a sentencing hearing. Can you imagine paying that much for one hearing?
