These people, especially Nolan. I stand today a disabled/retarded person due to the negligence these people made a deal with FARM BUREAU. My life has never been the same. In reality, I do realize these judges, lawyers all work together in these cases. They leave victims. I am a product of the failures in court system. The old no fault benefits I advocated for. So I know my TBI/bodily injuries would be in place for rest of my life, almost 10 yrs now. Explain why I am still retarded? These people never helped. Knowing my brain & body was messed up & still messed up. The failures of all. The medical community, the lack of help. Everyone played a role while I begged & struggle to stay alive. No one cared to truly HELP me. Now I am so far gone with my TBI/bodily injuries. That's sad enough because I live daily with the struggle..As they say, when you lack money there's absolutely no freedom of justice! I would rate a zero but goole won't allow it. I pray these ppl don't take my comment down. This is my life of 10 yrs and counting...Now it's too late for me. I am far out. Death would of been a lot better for me. These rich ppl just go live there happy lives. No care in the world for people struggling to make it. The worst law office I have ever encountered. No one wanted to listen. Everyday I would call or email Nolan Erkson. He barely ever got back to me! He firmly stood with farm bureau! He told me he such good friends with their attorney! Lol yeah I should of known better, but when your brain/body is so messed up you don't truly hear or see what's going on. Your just struggling to stay afloat! Struggling to understand everything that happen in that car accident. This changed my entire life course. These ppl just sit back, with lack of care and empathy for me. I would never recommend Nolan, his lack in communication. His trust was sided with the adjuster at Farm bureau insurance. This Law Firm, I see their names on buildings. It comes back, the worst memories of my life. I am struggling to hang on to life itself. You people failed me.
