The absolute worst lawyer to ever practice law and that is not an exaggeration. If you want to lose your case hire her. She will work against you in every scenario, she is not for you she is against you 100%. I recommend everyone who’s had these same issues with her file a complaint with the West Virginia State Bar, Cathy Greiner does not need to step foot in a court room, she shouldn’t even consider herself a lawyer. She’s someone who wanted to work for the state but never made the cut period.
