They were great until after the administration hearing. The attorney gave me the wrong information on the requirement for only implied consent and what I needed to do and who to call for license suspension. The attorney told me I could still drive to work and take the required classes online. I drove illegally for almost a month based on this attorney advisement until I inquired deeper going through the process and getting more false informationfrom those entities. They then told me I had many more requirements to do when The partner himself Mr. McCollum looked into with the DMV. Always called me by phone to discuss and when I asked for this negligence be documented I was verbally told they would by Ricky. They have ghosted me since. They have been on every email I've sent with the continued troubles I've had with Smart Start and chose to be silent to those emails and my emails to them directly. This has caused strain on me mentally , financially and loss of income having to catch up with the requirements that allow me to drive for my business. I had to report this situation to a mediation organization in.SC and the next step in a formal complaint to the SC state bar. Extremely disappointed of mishandling of my case.
