Justin Greenberg has been condescending and very dishonest about my case. He lacked effort and betrayed my trust at every turn. He does not communicate, and I have even had to make "pop-up" visits to his office just to try and get a response. I believe he sells out to the defense rather than protecting my interests. His refusal to follow my instructions or defend my rights is actively costing my case. Avoid. I filed a complaint with the state bar, and he was found to be unethical in my case.this action happened Feb 2026. I will be attaching the state bar notice. Excellent attorney & staff. He really took the time to understand my case and he kept me updated via text messages and in person meetings on short notice. He did a really good job on educating me on what my options were in relation to the strong and weak points of my case. I have recommended him to other friends & family members. Mr. Greenberg is the best when it comes to defending injured workers. Hands down.

Terrible Lawyer. Terrible Communications. Terrible Representation. This man ruined my life. He ruined my case and my life. I will be injured now for life thanks to this incompetent lawyer. I could go on for hours about the mistakes this man made, when it comes to my case, that ruined it. He does things on your case without ever discussing with you the client. He does not stick up for you through the long process.....Now, I can't make a claim, thanks to him and will have to remain injured for the rest of my life.
