				I had a terrible experience with the receptionists. She would not give me time to explain my situation. She kept interrupting me and making ignorant comments, attempting to speed up my explanation of a complicated legal scenario. She treated me with disrespect and spoke to me as if I was unfamiliar with the area of subject I needed to discuss. I ended up retaining a different firm the same day. My legal matter will easily cost several hundred grand to resolve. As an entrepreneur myself I would be furious if an entry level employee was deterring high paying customers from the get go.
