Terrible service - would not recommend. No one ever spoke to me in detail. Intake team was slow. I was sent a letter saying my case was accepted. When I followed up, stating I was ready to move forward but had some simple questions because their acceptance letter contained some incorrect details, they suddenly declined the case.
