Terrible communication and follow-up

We were very disappointed with the follow-up service from this firm.

Our initial phone consultation with Emily was informative and helpful. At the end of the call, we were told that further information about visa options would be sent through. Based on the consultation, Emily’s knowledge, and the firm’s reviews, we were ready to engage the firm and did not feel the need to look elsewhere.

However, after the consultation, we did not hear anything for several days and had to follow up ourselves. The response we received appeared to relate to another client, so there was clearly some confusion. We were again told that further visa information would be sent, but it never arrived.

My last email to Emily was sent 10 days ago and has still not received a reply. We have still not been provided with the visa information we were promised.

My partner also tried to make an appointment by phone and was directed to complete an online form instead. He did this, but received no correspondence for more than a week. After calling again to follow up, a phone appointment was eventually scheduled.

Overall, the communication and follow-up have been extremely poor. It has been a disappointing experience and has resulted in nearly two weeks of wasted time when we were actively trying to move forward with our visa options.

Stephen Antwine and Angelyce Purcell were absolutely amazing during our immigration process. They never left us guessing during any step. As soon as they had information and updates they shared with us. We pestered them with our anxiousness but they were super supportive and were absolute professionals. It was a long process due to governmental changes over the last decade but we wouldn't have chosen anyone else if we had to do it again and we'll continue with them for the citizenship process. We owe our current happiness and greencard to their amazing efforts! You won't find better representation!!! Started with them in November 2019 and got our greencard in March 2026. Covid and The Poo Pants Orange Toddler hampered the timeline but they got us through.
