I had several major issues with them. They were supposed to go back to 2010. They had 3 years to gather all of that information and they didn't have it on the day of my court date they didn't even have all of the documents for going back only 3 years. They also said they were only taking 10%. Society security said they took 3 times that amount. When I tried to call and figure out what is going on they haven't called back. Not to mention the way I was treated during the whole process was absolutely disrespectful.
