I had heard great things about about Greeman and Toomey. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience that others did. I never saw anyone in person. The very first time I called to ask a question, the lady on the phone said that a lot of people call and “waste her time” (no I’m not kidding). I had 2 different case managers. I ended up submitting most the evidence on my own and working with my State worker because I couldn’t get much help from my representatives.
My case manager eventually got fired and I got a new one a couple months before my hearing. It’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone.
The only time time I spoke with my lawyer (Not Greeman or Toomey) was the day of my hearing about an hour before.
I was pretty obvious that he didn’t look over my file very well. When reading the decision letter from the judge, she pointed out many inconsistencies that weee not addressed in my hearing that could have been explained easily. I feel like that is the lawyer’s job to spot and clarify.

This is just my experience but it was not a good one.
