Their debt relief program was a total scam. They did nothing for me in 2.5 years. They sent me a letter saying they couldn't represent me anymore due to a lawsuit with one of their main vendors. I filed a suit with small claims and my process service company could not find them at their listed address to serve papers. My financial situation is in dire straits. These people are crooks.

Ruined my credit. Took my money and now they keep telling me they are in litigation so they can not talk to me about refunding my money. My credit score was over 700 and now I’m in low 600’s. Biggest mistake going to them.

They were supposed to help me with my unsecured debts, reduce my monthly payments, etc. Well after a few months, and after doing absolutely nothing that would assist me, they dropped my representation and on top of that took over $500 in fees that i cannot get back. This has to be one of the worst debt lawfirms imo!

ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! For 15 months they "represented" me and didn't resolve any of my debt accounts. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone through their automated service, and the lawyer that I was appointed rarely returned my calls. They ended up having to drop me as a client because their vendor is getting sued and they could no longer accept any fees. I wish I could sue them for malpractice.

Absolute nightmare. Zero communication. They send 1 email a year, you can’t respond to. Always an awful experience trying to get answers. Settled 2 debts and I still have no clue for how much they ended up being settled for. Now they got sued in NY and can no longer represent me. Leaving a $11k debt out there. $5k I paid, unaccounted for. Math doesn’t add up. No one answers the phone, on hold for literally hours, and no response to emails. Now have a $11k credit card with missed payments off 3 years, since when I first started with Great Lakes. These people need to be prosecuted by the attorney general. Ruining lives.
