They accepted my case had me sign papers and send them back , I had a VERY hard time getting any calls returned , weeks later if at all. This case happened right before the holiday where the care provider offices closed before Thanksgiving and didn't open until Jan 5 , I'd been working trying to get real care other than just pain meds from the ER which couldn't help me otherwise. They knew I was having this problem and that more problems were coming of it. Didn't even ask me if there were any changes which there have been. Didn't ask me anything at all... After the fact the papers were signed. The trama to my mouth has caused a thyroid storm which can kill me and has drastically changed my daily life sense this has happened.
Jan 8 2026 I already have an appointment set and now that the dental emergency department is open was going to go today , instead I got a call telling me after them receiving my medical records ( that they KNEW were NOT over by any means ) that they are backing out of the case. The photos of the injury alone speaks volume. I had to go without needed care other than pain meds which has caused me permanent problems. That's ok I'll get a real group that's willing to stick up for me and what's right.
This place is a joke, very low quality communication.

100% I have to have oral surgery to correct what this incompetent doctor did to me.
