After several hearings, I felt like my concerns were not being heard and that the evidence I had was not being taken seriously. I was made to feel hopeless, like I was already being treated as though I was going to jail. I had so many questions and concerns, but I didn't feel like I was getting the answers or support I needed. After my second hearing, I knew I needed to find another option.
