I never even got a consultation for my personal injury claim Because the lady on the phone was so disrespectful and rude and wanted to tell me, it was a civil claim and hang up the phone with attitude and her voice and talk to me like I was an idiot for even calling here not to mention she answered the phone and she said "can i help you" really rudely then when i said "hi my name is addy im calling to get a consultation" Before I could even say the word consultation, she cut me off and said "HOLD!" really rudely Then put me on hold WHILE I WAS TALKING MID SENTENCE. My case IS in fact a personal injury claim, and not a civil claim, having people that work for you that answered the phone with attitude like that tarnishes the whole reputation of your company and has made me not want to come here for help ever

They are very nice and friendly and always there to help anyone in need of help. I totally give them all stars because they are really nice people and has always been there for me and has been a big help with stuff. I was tell everyone that is looking for a good lawyer they're the best and they'll help anyone if they can.
