Person who answered the phone made me feel like a bad person for just trying to get consultation to ask some preliminary trust and real estate questions to try and help my socially anxious and dying mother out. I get if there’s a law against asking questions for someone but don’t make me feel like a bad person for inquiring - jeez! I’m not the best at expressing myself over the phone so maybe there was a misunderstanding - but even still the tone was unprofessional. I felt dismissed when I was just trying to help my family. Couldn’t even get the person on the phone to schedule an appointment (or tell me a time frame for such a thing) even after acknowledging I’d have to bring my mother - who again very socially anxious and dying, to a basic consultation. Really disappointed here. Feels like I dodged a bullet.

Called and spoke with Terri and although the firm doesn’t handle my specific problem she was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, patient, walked me through websites and pointed me in the right direction. I got more assistance from her in 30 minutes than I’ve gotten in the past 4 years!! Thank you Terri!
