I live in Dubuque but if I were local I would hire Collin Murphy in a heartbeat. Not only did he take a full detailed and interested look into my case, but he actually gave me his feedback, cared about the details, asked for my input, and gave me the assessment and plan of action to put my mind at ease and make me feel like I was actively involved in my case which helped so much when dealing with a public defender later. And on top of it all when I needed additional follow up advice on the plan of action he jumped right back into my case without hesitation. He even called me on the weekend just to make sure that I was confident and to answer any last minute questions I may have. That kindness alone is worth it but to have such a dedicated individual on your side even when he know you can’t hire him due to location he still didn’t blow me off or give me generalized info to appease and get rid of me. He put my anxiety to ease and had so much patience the man is a saint!
