As much as Goss pissed me off and failed me he was still there somewhat in the beginning. I hired Blair Goss in 2024, he genuinely was fighting for me at first and you can tell he genuinely enjoyed what he did. Then I notice he started going down hill a lot the communication was becoming less and less to the point to where there was none unless either A) I’d show up to his office randomly to force him to talk to me, but he’d text and give an excuse then. Or B) I would only talk to him on the day of court. Goss originally stated he had an “expert” and that I was supposed to be contacted but never did and I wanted to see if he was lying so I used my second phone and told him I changed my number but I still had my other one and still active. He had the nerve to lie and she did try to contact me and no one ever did. That was my very first red flag but again I paid him his money and tried to stay positive with him. Then my next red flag was he TOLD me that the $5000 I owe him to put towards a resolution for my case so that’s what was done. So he told me that I no longer needed to pay him the $5000 to help but the $5000 was never used for the resolution that it was intended for. Another red flag was I expect a 5 star review before which explains why. After everything of me constantly reaching out and reaching out for some type of response an answer anything he had the nerve to drop me on the day of court and throw he didn’t even receive full payment. And it took everything out of me not come out of character.. money was never the issue HE was the one that told me not to pay him and use it for something else!! But he’s under investigation with the bar and I will be contacting them as well so there’s another one. It’s ALL public record and I’ve been keeping up with it and his out for that is he has snow days 😜🤣.He did teach me a very valuable lesson on what I don’t want in an attorney. And I could go on and on but I know it’s useless but I am hurt he did this when I really thought he had my back and best interest in heart but I was wrong. Thanks Goss for being a disappointment.
