I contacted this law firm for immigration assistance, but my experience was extremely frustrating. Communication was very poor or non existent. On the day of my first appointment, they didn’t even have me on the schedule despite sending a confirmation email, so I had to wait until they finished with other clients.

When they finally prepared my documents, it contained multiple errors, requiring me to return twice for corrections. Unfortunately, the mistakes didn’t stop there—I was rejected by immigration because the paperwork was not filed correctly. The firm never informed me of the issue; I had to call them myself to find out. They refiled the paperwork but dismissed the situation, even though I had paid extra for expedited processing.

Even after my approval, they failed to follow up as promised. On the day of my interview, another error was found in my form, which the immigration officer had to correct on the spot. After that, I never heard from them again. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
