I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. After reaching out for help and providing my information, I never received a response or any follow-up. Multiple messages went unanswered, and I was left waiting without any explanation or professionalism.

Communication is extremely important when dealing with legal matters, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone who values responsiveness and reliability.

FRIENDLY and definitely a vibe

I had never needed to hire a lawyer prior to contacting Good Hemme, but we had an incredibly difficult situation arise with an unruly and unstable neighbor whose sewer mainline runs underneath our back and front yard. It had been leaking and she was unwilling to fix it, and the county was doing nothing to help push her into doing the correct and neighborly thing. Enter Kevin Bond, the lawyer we were assigned after discussing the situation briefly with a friendly and helpful secretary.

Kevin took the information I gave him regarding the case and was able to pinpoint exactly what we needed to do to let her know we were ready to play hardball. While most of our exchanges with the ornery neighbor were made via email, he made each one hit hard. In no time the lady realized she couldn't manipulate us or the county any longer, and she forked out the cash to take care of the sewer break (as she should have when it was initially discovered 4 months prior).

Without the patient guidance of Kevin Bond, we would have probably lost our minds dealing with the situation/individual. Even though the price we paid for his services was expensive, it was well worth the cost. The value of being done with the situation and coming out in front of the whole situation was inestimable. Thank you Kevin Bond, for your professionalism and assistance!
