If it was possible, I would give Monica Gonzalez negative stars. Do not waste your time or money on her. She does NOT communicate whatsoever. She’s a joke. You can never get ahold of her, she never replies to emails or messages you leave with Kayla (if Kayla even answers the phone). In the court room she is a mess. She shows up last minute and barely reviews anything before going into the court room. It’s like she reviews your case as she’s sitting in front of the judge and flips through her notes like a maniac. She is completely and utterly unprepared for the case. Once she’s paid you don’t exist anymore.

If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer to get things done for you she is NOT it. Poor communication, never filed a thing I asked her to. Secretary rarely answers the phone. Very poor experience.
