If a client has already know what questions that they wanted to ask, then that means they already have knowledge on that. The office is also very expensive. is 9000+ for family based immigration.

Not friendly more on the rude and cold side. Just demanding documents not caring who they are talking to. Anyone wanting to do business needs to have phone manners at least.
