My experience with Marshall was very frustrating from start to finish. In the beginning, the process moved extremely slow, and it took a long time just to get anything filed. Communication in between was almost nonexistent. I constantly had to reach out myself just to try to get updates or understand what was happening with my own case.

When I asked questions, I was given timelines that did not match what actually happened. I would be told one thing, but then little to no progress would happen or there was no follow-up. I felt like I was left in the dark for most of the process.

I also felt like things were filed without enough information from my side, and I later discovered issues that caused confusion, including filings under the wrong case/jurisdiction. For someone with over 30 years of experience, I expected more attention to detail, communication, and guidance.

The biggest difference became obvious after I hired a new attorney. Marshall had my case for around 11 months with very little movement. My new attorney had the case for less than two months and already had things moving and filed.

What made things even more frustrating was after he was dismissed from my case, there was still no communication. To this day, there has been no meaningful communication regarding my file transition. I also remain frustrated regarding the money I paid because I personally felt very little work was completed on my case compared to the amount of time and money involved.
