				You get what you pay for. 

For a simple closing with no problems, this guy might suffice. A down and dirty solution. But if anything pops up-which of course, in NYC real estate there's a high probability of that happening- this guy is NOT going to be on your side. Even though you hired him to be.

We had a unsatisfactory final walk through and needed to reschedule the closing. We contacted him immediately and what was his reaction? "I'm busy, good luck". He didn't ask why, what was wrong, and failed to communicate. He ultimately emailed and said the closing was not rescheduled. When we called him he went right into a tirade about how he was busy, his schedule was all booked, and that he was going to charge us for inconveniencing him. He was literally yelling at us on the phone because we were inconveniencing his plans. Yea. That happened. 

At the closing, he showed up an hour late and had the nerve to try to rush us in signing the documents. 

Unprofessional, rude, and shirks any real work. Wears a gold chain instead of a suit. I knew I should have gone with my regular guy but we tried to save a few bucks and in the end it cost us. We had a situation where we needed a lawyer to be strong and advocate for their client, but he was just interested in doing the bare minimum to collect our check. 

In a city full of lawyers, it won't be hard finding a better alternative.
