I was suppose to receive a phone call at 12pm 07/10/2026 I notice that nobody contact I was transferred over to Karen and she proceeded to make her problem my problem by first rudely stating I was suppose to call when it was her who was suppose to call me. The audacity of this person to not admit to fault and just do the right thing without lying or falsely claiming things.

Do NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT! SPEND A SINGLE $ HERE! The worker is very very unprofessional. 3 times I had an appointment to speak to an attorney, neither time was I given a call. I sent over all my information, and met life legal plan (WHICH WAS CHARGED) all the times I called to see why no one called me for my “appointment” I was told “well you should’ve called yourself” okay so I make another call and appointment NOONE CALLED FOR THE FOURTH TIME. I spoke to another lady, her response “ well, we can give you another appointment , do you want the appointment for not” my response, “ this is very unprofessional “ this lady respond and said “ Well, GOODBYE “ and hangs up. Please read all the reviews and speak to multiple people at this location BEFORE giving any of your personal information
