At first I thought Isaac was a great attorney for this case, but then he stopped responding to me and stopped going to visit my husband and working for the DA who is bias on this case. Trial starts in 3days and non of our witnesses have been called to court. My husband is being accused of assault with a deadly weapon when it was a paintball gun. The testimony of the accuser shows him as the aggressor and he says that a bullet was removed from his face in jail, but there is no bullet nor a report that this happened, twenty months after the incident, and the hospital record didn't say it was there. Then on the last court hearing the DA added another charge but my husband wasn't informed about it. I asked Isaac about these issues and he said he didn't care about this new charge and he didn't know why this bullet wasn't on the hospital report. So I said well the department of Justice would find out he said no the DA would fix it to favor her. That's crazy. That these people will alter evidence to put the innocent away. We will find out what happens on Monday the 13th, 2024. And my husband has been in jail since Aug 30,2022, while the accuser runs around on fentanyl stealing from retail stores to pay for his habit.
