Not polite on the phone, at all.

katie goff is not to be trusted .the proof is that she dose not remember me.thats how much care she has for her clients and she cant reconize a medical proxy paper.i paid her $150.00 to look into my partners situation .she came back to me didnt tell me my partner was appointed a emergancy guardian told me i have no standing .according to sb 19-073 artical 18.5 of title 15 and atrical 14 of title 15 i had way more standing than his family wich they turned down to be his proxy.she acted as if all i cared about was money.

Absolutely horrible! Called to have a consultation about our unique situation, we are a large family, with 4 special needs children who we’ve had to take out multiple loans over the years to make accommodations to our property. FOR THEIR DISABILITY and due to Covid, and do to increase cost of living and expenses from multiple loans and having to move we need to file bankruptcy. This man proceeded to tell me we are defrauding the system because of our income type being disability payments? He also said it was suspicious that I was calling multiple lawyers? If any lawyer is telling you not to call multiple lawyers hang up immediately because that alone is suspicious.
I have never in my life EXPECTED to be in this situation or caused intentional fraud to anyone I’m just trying to take care of my children. This man should not work with people in desperate situations . Call LITERALLY anyone else. What a nasty human being.

I have worked with both Katie and Lance on separate legal issues, and wish to express my appreciation for their professional and relational support which lead to a well-focused, positive outcome in both situations.
