I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than a decade dealing with this office, I feel obligated to share my experience.

Communication was consistently poor, updates were difficult to obtain, and there never seemed to be any real sense of urgency regarding my case. What should have been handled in a reasonable timeframe has now gone on for nearly 10 years with little progress.

On multiple occasions I was given information that later turned out to be inaccurate, which only added to the frustration and lack of trust.

When you hire legal representation, you expect transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to ask very direct questions about communication and timelines before committing.

Stop robo spam calling self employed people! I can't even answer my phone anymore because of these type spam callers. When I waited to ask to be taken off your call list, I was hung up on before I could finish my sentence. Seems like harassment to me. Stop it.
