Josh was incredibly responsive from start to finish — every question I had was answered quickly, and he was completely transparent throughout the entire process. I love these guys!!! Glotzer and Leib are awesome!!!My case was AAA vs AAA. Generally they hate paying out their own company . On top of that I was not on my friends insurance policy. AAA rejected the personal injury claim but Glotzer and Leib had my back and still secured me a WIN ! $10k win and lowered all medical bills. My mom was in the hospital but I knew I could count on them and not worry about the accident. I had alot of trouble after my mom passed away and they deducted $300 off their own cut so I can get it. So kind of them!! Normally other firms would have given up on my case after the rejection, but they stayed with me to the end even when I was non responsive for months because of hardship. They are on your side till the end. Definately recommend !! Im going to tell my friends and strangers about them !! Impossible to find people with hearts like theirs! Trust me, I have had many accidents and experiences with difference lawfirms all throughout LA of ALL races. You wont find lawyers who care like these guys. Peace and Love Glotzer and Leib!
