I just filed a BBB complaint. The settlement check from Girard Sharp LLP bounced, and they are nonresponsive. I have sent 3 emails and called the number they provided, which does not give any answers or any way to contact them. No one will respond. Enjoy your bad rating.

Never received juul payout. Me and my brother both filled it out the requirements, using the same information that we had both used. He received his and I did not mine. And no further information. Very interesting. But I bet this shady lawyer has lined to their pockets. Attached is his. But mine...non existent.

Had a claim with Jules was approved for claim with proof I bought and used etc. I was denied for inconsistentacy what s joke this guy had done nothing about these look elsewherr

I was a member of a class action with this law firm. I never received any notice of if my claim was processing, or what the amount would be, and I have not received any payment or any correspondence informing me if my claim was denied. I joined the class in March 2023 and submitted supporting documentation in May 2024. I also sent multiple e-mails earlier this year checking in to ask about the status of my claim and every time only received an auto-reply e-mail and nothing else. Class members were supposed to be given advance notice to correct any defiance as per the settlement order, so because I have been ignored and not given any notice, I want this investigated.
