				Mr Schneiderman is the best!! Always straight forward in talking and explaining your case and the process. My case was a complicated case and I had actually gone with another lawyer. BIG MISTAKE!  Wish I would have known/heard about Mr Schneiderman first. He handle my case and took all my stress away. 				I highly recommend Dan (Schneiderman) if you need a lawyer for legal matters.  He represented my elderly mother in a civil suit against an unscrupulous individual regarding a debt.  He did a great job managing the case.  Ultimately, you want a lawyer who is smart, knows the law well, and is adept at applying the law to the specific issues at hand.  Moreover, you want a lawyer who understands the context of what you are trying to achieve while understanding and making clear the trade-offs -- in terms of costs -- to get there.  Finally, you want someone who is level-headed and a voice of reason.  Dan proved to be all of these.  With his help, my mom was able to secure a very successful outcome -- saving her possibly tens of thousands of dollars - and I can't thank him enough for his work here.
