I have been the victim of serious family court abuse, by crooked judges, crooked lawyers and Senators that really need to resign. I retained Attorney Gatch in the middle of a very hostile situation between my then current lawyer and myself. She, the opposing counsel and the judge, all allowed a fake adultery affidavit to be admitted in a child support hearing. The Judge took my alimony in a child support hearing because I went swimming with (male) friend, in broad daylight, in a public pool with Cameras all around.
It really sounds unfathomable that my “then” divorcee attorney would do that to me.
However she did, so I had her request to be relieved in front of a Judge. Not just that, she tried to extort me and the trust was gone. I was recommended by a dear friend and huge parental rights advocate to Attorney Gatch. We spoke for an hour and he agreed to take my case. We have worked well together for about 2.5 years now. (Would love my divorce to be done but it’s a little sticky, mostly because My ex’s lawyer is friends with the judge and he has more money than he will ever give me- even after beating me to a concussion and having an extra marital affair while we were married. I was a stay at home Mother at the time.)
